December 05, 2005 Appeal Arbitration Court for Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of the “Center Grand Firm” - a client of SOJUZPATENT in a case over the infringement of the exclusive right for database (to be used in the construction business commercial calculations). The remuneration sum disputed was 6500000 Roubles and it was the largest dispute in the Russian Federation over the database exclusive right.
The transfer technology branch of Sojuzpatent – Licentech has entered into the cooperation agreement with BirchBob International SA ( www.birchbob.com ). According to the agreement Licentech shall represent interests of BirchBob International SA in Russia.

June 3, 2005 the Moscow City Court ruled in favor of the client of SOJUZPATENT – JSC “Schelkovsky vitamin plant” (plaintiff) in case against JSC “VEROPHARM” (defendant-one of the largest Russian pharmaceutical companies) to stop further infringement of the Russian patent № 2229291 by producing and selling of R-X-1 drug (anti-alcohol detoxicant).

April 29, 2005 Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of the Client of SOJUZPATENT – Brestski Electric-Mechanical Plant in the dispute case over the license agreement with the Moscow Electrical Measurement Equipment Plant.
